He called to confirm the appointment one day prior and he called again the morning of to give me a more accurate ETA! His technician, Rafael, was not only one time and professional. He was also very courteous and made sure all of the electrical related problems in our home were fixed before he left. Roger called again after the work was complete to make sure we were satisfied!
