He then told me what I needed to do and how to do it. He gave me very detailed instructions and got me back in service! And, he did this over the phone! I can't praise Roger enough. Excellent Service! They made sure everything was working and that my family was safe before they left. Roger and his staff are awesome. He schedule my appointment at a time that worked for me. He called to confirm the appointment one day prior and he called again the morning of to give me a more accurate ETA! His technician, Rafael, was not only one time and professional. He was also very courteous and made sure all of the electrical related problems in our home were fixed before he left. Roger called again after the work was complete to make sure we were satisfied! A++ Service! We'll use them again.
