On 12/23 we kept losing all power to the house due to a breaker problem. Electricians I have used previously were on vacation and I was getting nervous. Roger called me back wishing minutes of my 8:30pm call to him. He was out early on Christmas Eve to complete the repair. He explained the issues and my options. Roger even called back twice to ensure everything was working. When his team came out on return trip to finish make an needed upgrade, Jennifer called to schedule and kept me updated. They were actually even early and quickly finished the job. East Bay Electric provided very timely and professional service with outstanding customer service.

Excellent Service! They made sure everything was working and that my family was safe before they left. Roger and his staff are awesome. He schedule my appointment at a time that worked for me. He called to confirm the appointment one day prior and he called again the morning of to give me a more accurate ETA! His technician, Rafael, was not only one time and professional. He was also very courteous and made sure all of the electrical related problems in our home were fixed before he left. Roger called again after the work was complete to make sure we were satisfied! A++ Service! We'll use them again.

My wife and I have had Roger and his team out for a few jobs and we both agree that he's not only the best electrician we've ever worked with, he's the best home service provider in general we've ever worked with. Roger is always on time, clearly communicates his understanding of the requirements, adds his input and ideas, works around your schedule and is always very polite and thoughtful during communications and site visits. On top of all that, his pricing is fair and the work quality is top notch. Now, if only we could find other service providers of the same quality. Perhaps Roger has a twin that's a plumber or general contractor...

I need to give Roger credit for helping out on an electrical problem personally. It was just a couple days before Christmas, and long story short, I ended up causing one of our circuit breakers to trip several times before it finally gave out. I called around to a few electricians, and while many were helpful, most were busy and couldn't come by until the following week. But Roger called me back shortly after I left a message, we talked things out over the phone and I sent him some photos and video showing what the problem was. He warned he was light on tools, but he'd give it the old college try with a breaker he already had in possession. He came out immediately, and 15 minutes later the breaker was replaced and things were working again. It was expensive, but not overly expensive, and Roger didn't charge me an emergency fee or cost of the new breaker itself. I felt he was very, very fair. Many thanks to Roger. Great updates and communication, and most importantly great skills in fixing things for us, so we could have a nice holiday. We'll call him again for future electrical needs.
